Angel Eyes Dance Fitness
A clear, simplified movement to fun, upbeat rhythms makes for a winning, sweat-inducing cardio workout every time. Add in light weights to get those muscles poppin’ and body will get movin’. (1 hour)
Kickboxing with Toning
This medium workout set to music that will get you PUMPED challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve co-ordination and flexibility, and burn calories add in weights as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. (1 hour)
Flex and Stretch
Soft, soothing music accompanies deep muscle stretching to improve flexibility and movement and prevent injury. Optional Tools: 1-2 lbs and 2-3 lbs set of small hand weights, medium, and light resistance bands and a chair (1 hour)
Belly Dance Fitness
This centuries-old dance movement has enjoyed such a long history because of its undeniable appeal along with its clear strengthening effects on the core and midsection. Tools: 1-2 lbs and 2-3 lbs set of small hand weights, coin sash, belly dance scarf. Water bottles can also be used. (1 hour)
Gutt and Butt Boost
Focusing purely on strengthening abs and glute (core) utilizing corrective ab exercises and optimal breathing techniques. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas. This is not your typical ab grinding butt boosting class. This class is designed specifically for people that have “bulky problem abs and butt” with years of no success! If you have or experience a hernia, incontinence, irritable bowel, constipation, lower back pain, abdominal pain, poor sleep, fatigue and more… THIS is YOUR class!!! Tools Needed: Yoga Mat (30 – 45 min class)
Boxlates Barre (Boxing, Ballet style, Standing Pilates)
This program combines boxing’s rhythmic movements against a force with the gentle, low impact strengthening movements of Pilates and a final element of ballet’s lengthening and controlled technique, to create outstanding full body fitness. This class is designed to work your body’s Core, and small stabilizing and mobilizing muscle areas. Tools needed: Ballet Barre or stable chair, non slip floor, bare foot or yoga sock. (45 min class)
Chair Fitness with Fitness Tools
Take a seat—include a few key fitness tools such as light hand weights, bands, and/or fitness balls—and combine with fun music to enjoy this surprisingly effective cardio workout. (1 hour)
Pro Boxing Fit
In this energetic and stress relieving class, we use boxing’s rhythmic movements and practice our Jab, uppercut, hook shot, cross punches and blocks while incorporating various strength and conditioning training in a circuit training or High Intensity Interval Training regimen. Optional Tools: 1-2 lbs and 2-3 lbs set of small hand weights, medium and light resistance bands and a chair, boxing gloves and boxing bag. Water bottles can also be used as weight. 1 hour
Pilates with Chair Option
Life is but a balancing act right? So let’s work on that balance together with Pilates. A low impact class with endurance (repeat) movements that focuses on improving flexibility, core strength (lower back, hip, and abdominal muscles) and body awareness. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. (1 hour)
Angel Eyes Circuit Camp
This challenging circuit/interval training workout yet safe workout says goodbye to run-of-the-mill workout routines and hello to exciting movement to achieve real fitness and nutritional goals.Optional Tools: 1-2 lbs and 2-3 lbs set of small hand weights, medium, and light resistance bands and a chair. Water bottles can also be used. (1 hour)
Werk It! Walking Fitness
Let’s Walk and Werk off those lbs and fat in this powerful all in one Walking Fitness Class. This cardio, fat-burning, muscle-conditioning and stretching workout will help strengthen and sculpt your body. So let’s walk and werk while boosting energy levels and super-charging your upper and lower body.
Line Dance Fusion
Line Dance is a FUN way to exercise your body and brain and a great way to fellowship! Easy to follow steps and health safety guidelines are followed. Join in the fun to the latest and original Line Dances with Country, Pop and Soul Genres. w/Veteran Line Dance Instructor Mrs Jane Carter

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Tai chi improves muscular strength, flexibility, fitness, improves immunity, relieves pain and improves quality of life. Flexibility exercises enable people to move more easily, and facilitate circulation of body fluid and blood, which enhance healing. In addition to these components, tai chi movements emphasize weight transference to improve balance and prevent falls.
