This class is designed specifically for people that have “bulky problem abs and butt” with years of no success! If you have or experience a hernia, incontinence, irritable bowel, constipation, lower back pain, abdominal pain, poor sleep, fatigue, and more… THIS is YOUR class!!!  Tools Needed: Yoga Mat
