Due to the continued COVID concerns Angel Eyes classes will continue in an online capacity only.  Zoom online classes are free to participates however, Silvers Sneakers is also accepted for online classes. Upon return to regularly scheduled classes Silver Sneakers is accepted at the onsite locations in East Point, GA and Rutledge, GA locations; Complimentary Uber available within a certain mile radius.

Focusing purely on strengthening abs and glute (core) utilizing corrective ab exercises and optimal breathing techniques. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas. This is not your typical ab grinding butt boosting class. This class is designed specifically for people that have “bulky problem abs and butt” with years of no success!
